75mm Glass Windscreen Automotive Scratch Repair Kit
A specialised drill-mounted wool-felt polishing system for reducing light scratches, scuffs, water deposits and haze on compatible windscreens and glass. The kit combines a 75mm polishing head assembly with 250g cerium oxide for controlled localised restoration.

Purpose-built polishing head for localised glass repair
The 76.2mm-diameter wool-felt wheel is approximately 38.1mm thick and mounted to an aluminium adaptor plate with a 6.3mm shank for use in a compatible electric drill. Its compact working area helps concentrate polishing on localised marks, while cerium oxide provides the glass-polishing medium.

Mix with clean water to form a thin slurry for compatible glass polishing.

The 75mm diameter is suited to concentrating work on defined areas of a windscreen or glass panel.
Recommended polishing method
- Clean the glass thoroughly and mark the affected area from the opposite side.
- Mix cerium oxide with clean water to a thin, milk-like slurry.
- Apply the slurry to the felt head or glass.
- Use controlled drill speed, light pressure and overlapping movements.
- Keep the glass cool and wet throughout polishing.
- Stop regularly, wipe clean and inspect the result.
Important: Do not use this kit on cracked, chipped or structurally damaged glass. Deep scratches clearly felt with a fingernail may require professional windscreen assessment.
