Suggested Polishing Sequence
- Clean and inspect the metal. Remove coatings and deeper damage with an appropriate preparation process before polishing.
- Use the sisal wheel with Fastcut for the stronger cutting stage, keeping the drill moving and pressure controlled.
- Refine the surface with SS Finish on a clean stitched wheel.
- Use Green Chrome on a separate clean, softer wheel for the high-brightness stage.
- Select the cylinder, dome or goblet mop for curved, internal or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Remove compound residue with Vienna Lime and a clean microfibre cloth.
- Use Liquid Reflection or Blue Sapphire for final hand-detailing and ongoing maintenance.
Important: Test first, keep each compound on its own wheel, and use suitable eye, respiratory and hand protection.
