A 8″ (200mm) bench grinder or variable speed angle grinder mounted metal polishing kit ideal for use on a wide range of applications – polishing most metals such as chrome fittings, golf clubs, alloy wheels, motorcycles, cars and trucks parts, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium and alloys. Plastic and wood surfaces can also be polished. The kit consists of:

1 x 250g Blue bar = Multishine
The multi-purpose finishing compound. Suitable for all metals. Also performs well as a cutter if used on a hard cotton or sisal buff.
1 x 250g Brown bar = Tripoli
ombined cutting and finishing compound for soft metals only. Suitable for aluminium, brass, copper and zinc diecast. Follow up with a finishing compound if a brighter surface is required.
1 x 250g Grey bar =Fastcut
A fast and economical cutter for hard metals. The rate of metal removal is high, with less emphasis on brightness. To be used on sisal buffs for the removal of scratches and “orange peel” from all metals.
1 x 250g Green bar = green Chrome
For mirror finishing with minimal cut. Best used after a perfect cutting or prepolishing operation. Polishes all metals to high brightness when used on a soft cotton buff.
1 x 250g White bar = SS Finish
For high brightness and good cut. Suitable for all metals, including stainless steel. Recommended for surfaces that are smooth to begin with and are free of deep scratches. Also suitable to be used after MAXICUT. Use a sisal buff for cutting and a cotton buff for bright finishing.
1 x 250g Terracotta bar = Bright Cut DX
A fast cutter for all metals with medium brightness. May be used on a sisal buff for cutting, followed on a cotton buff for medium brightness.
250ml Liquid Reflection metal polish is applied with a cloth then wipes with a microfibre cloth, contains soft, fine alumina to gently polish and restore metal surfaces such as:
– Brass
– Stainless Steel
– Chrome
– Aluminium & Aluminium Alloys
Liquid Reflection is ideal for polishing jobs to be done by hand, and imparts an unbeatable shine. Ideal for jobs such as polishing:
– Stainless & brass boat fittings
– Bullbars, rims and alloy fuel tanks
– Household brass and Stainless cutlery
– Restoring scratched and dull kitchen sinks
It is water washable for easy cleanup and can of course be also used with a motorised buffing machine.
1 x 200gram Blue Sapphire Paste
Blue Sapphire is a metal polish paste, and imparts the same brilliant shine as Liquid Reflection, however it is designed for detailed and intricate surfaces such a motorbike chrome or antiques. After polishing Blue Sapphire dries to a fine powder that is easily brushed or vacuumed off, leaving no residue to adhere to the surface.
Blue sapphire is recommended for Chrome trim over Liquid Reflection as the abrasive is a little finer.
