Usage Guidance
- Clean the workpiece and select a wheel and compound combination suited to the metal and surface condition.
- Use sisal with Fastcut or Bright Cut DX where stronger cutting is needed; Tripoli is intended for soft metals.
- Move to a clean stitched or cotton wheel with SS Finish, Green Chrome or Multishine to refine and brighten.
- Reserve the softest clean wheel for the final stage and never mix compounds on one wheel.
- Finish detailed areas by hand with Liquid Reflection or Blue Sapphire as appropriate.
Important: Confirm wheel size, bore and safe operating speed are compatible with your machine. Use guards and appropriate eye, respiratory and hand protection.
