150mm Vinyl-Face Backing Pad for PSA Discs

This 150mm backing pad provides a smooth vinyl face for compatible pressure-sensitive adhesive abrasive and polishing discs, with an M14 adaptor for suitable machines.

Specifications

Diameter: 150mm / 6 inch
Working face: smooth vinyl for PSA discs
Connection: supplied with M14 adaptor

Compatibility and setup

Confirm the machine spindle, adaptor fit, disc diameter and maximum operating speed before use. This pad is designed for PSA stick-on discs rather than hook-and-loop media.

Clean the vinyl face before fitting a disc, align the disc centrally and replace it if the adhesive releases or the assembly becomes unbalanced.

Match the pad to the attachment system

Check diameter, thread or shank size, face type and speed rating before ordering. Compare compatible options in our Backing Pads range.
