Airflow Bullbar Wheel Tank Steel Polishing Kit 1 2 3 Section

This kits comes with the airflow polishing wheels and compounds to produce a very high finish to your steel and ferrous metal surface.

The advantage of the airflow polishing wheels is the coolness at which they are able to work preventing the metal surface from becoming too hot.

A single section treated airflow wheel used with the 800g Coarse Cutter compound for cutting into those hard to get to areas.

A double section treated airflow wheel used with the 800g Coarse Cutter compound for cutting as an effective intermediate thickness wheel where the 1 section or 3 section wheels may be inappropriate.

The tripple section treat airflow wheel used with the 800g Coarse Cutter compound for cutting the more expansive areas.

A single section natural airflow wheel used with the 800g SS Finish finishing compound for buffing those hard to get to areas to a high finish.

A double section natural airflow wheel used with the 800g SS Finish finishing compound for finishing as an effective intermediate thickness wheel where the 1 section or 3 section wheels may be inappropriate.

The tripple section natural airflow wheel used with the 800g SS Finish finishing compound for buffing the more expansive areas to a high finish.

The 100mm polishing wheels which include a sisal treated, colour stitch, white stitch and calico loose leaf, including the cylinder, dome and goblet mops are drill mounted to get into the smaller, tighter spots where your larger airflows are unable to reach.

We’ve also included some Vienne Lime used with a microfibre cloth to remove residue compound and metal from the surface of the metal created whilst cutting/ polishing. Simply by dipping a cloth into the powder and wiping awy the residue. Used especially when changing from one wheel and compound combination to another.

Some Liquid Reflection metal polish to enhance your work on completion. Applied with a microfibre cloth.

It is a good idea to regularly “freshen” your polishing wheels with a wire brush before applying more compound and continuing during the polishing process.
