Airflow Alloy & Stainless Steel Bullbar Wheel Tank Metal Detailing Kit 1-2-3 Section & Calico buffing Wheel
Used with a barrel polisher machine or variable speed polisher sander type machine, this kits comes with the airflow polishing wheels and compounds to produce a very high finish to your alloy or non ferrous metal surface.
The advantage of the airflow polishing wheels is the coolness at which they are able to work preventing the metal surface from becoming too hot.
Included in the kit is an M14 threaded tapered adaptor to which the polishing wheel secure.
A 200mm 2 section treated sisal cutting wheel used with the course cutter compound to save you downtime in prepping the metal surface before polishing. It’ll remove most scratches and blemishes unless they are too deep and then abrasive sanding is required.
A 178mm single section treated airflow wheel used with the 800g Course Cutter compound for cutting into those hard to get to areas.
A 178mm double section treated airflow wheel used with the 800g Course Cutter compound for cutting as an effective intermediate thickness wheel where the 1 section or 3 section wheels may be inappropriate.
The 178mm triple section treat airflow wheel used with the 800g Course Cutter compound for cutting the more expansive areas.
A 178mm single section natural airflow wheel used with the 800g Green Chrome finishing compound for buffing those hard to get to areas to a high finish.

A 200mm x 120 leaf calico wheel with Hyperfin finishing compound used for the final high buff finish and maintenance buffing.
Included is some Vienne Lime used with a microfiber cloth to remove residue compound and metal from the surface of the metal created whilst cutting/ polishing. Simply by dipping a cloth into the powder and wiping away the residue. Used especially when changing from one wheel and compound combination to another.
It is a good idea to regularly “freshen” your polishing wheels with a wire brush before applying more compound and continuing during the polishing process.
