Two-Stage 200mm Stainless and Steel Polishing Kit
This kit combines a colour-stitch cutting wheel and white-stitch finishing wheel with purpose-matched compounds for compatible prepared steel and stainless steel.
Kit contents
- 1 × 200mm, two-section colour-stitch wheel
- 1 × 200mm, two-section white-stitch wheel
- 1 × grey cutting-compound bar
- 1 × 800g green chrome finishing-compound bar
Process guidance
- Prepare the metal to a consistent abrasive finish, typically around P800–P1200 where appropriate.
- Use the colour-stitch wheel with grey compound for cutting.
- Keep the white-stitch wheel dedicated to green finishing compound.
- Use controlled pressure and inspect frequently.
