13-Piece Alloy Wheel Polishing Kit
A versatile polishing kit for alloy wheels, chrome fittings and detailed metalwork. Large stitched and sisal wheels cover open surfaces, small goblet and cylinder mops reach tighter areas, and the included compounds and hand polishes support cutting, brightening and final finishing.

Large and detailed areas
The 100mm and 150mm wheels handle broader faces while 50mm goblet and cylinder mops reach recesses, curves and awkward sections.
Two machine options
Includes an M14 adaptor for a compatible variable-speed polishing machine and a 6mm mandrel for drill-mounted mops.
Cut and finish
Tripoli supports cutting and initial polishing on softer metals; Green Chrome provides a high-brightness finishing stage.
Powered and hand polishing
Liquid Reflection and Blue Sapphire paste make it easier to finish intricate areas or maintain the result by hand.

Ideal Applications
Suggested Polishing Sequence
- Clean and prepare the surface, removing coatings, corrosion and defects as required.
- Choose the wheel size and shape that safely reaches the working area.
- For aluminium, brass or copper, use Brown Tripoli on a sisal or firm stitched wheel for the cutting stage.
- Change to a clean, softer wheel and apply Green Chrome sparingly for higher brightness.
- Use Liquid Reflection with a cloth for general hand-polishing and maintenance work.
- Use Blue Sapphire paste for intricate details and chrome trim where a finer hand polish is preferred.
- Wipe residue away with a clean microfibre cloth and inspect the finish between stages.
Machine & Safety Guidance
Use the larger wheels only on a compatible variable-speed machine with the correct M14 mounting. The 6mm mandrel is intended for compatible drill-mounted mops and felts. Confirm secure mounting, operate at a controlled speed, use light pressure and wear suitable eye, face, respiratory and hand protection. Keep compounds on separate wheels to avoid contamination.
Important: Check your machine shaft size and the safe operating limits of every wheel and adaptor before starting.
