Suitable applications
Compatible ferrous and non-ferrous metals where grinding marks, dullness or fabrication texture must be reduced before finishing.
Process guidance
Use with a suitable cutting wheel, apply sparingly and keep the work moving to limit heat. Its grease composition helps the compound adhere to the buff for economical use.
For higher brightness, follow with a softer wheel and a suitable finishing compound.
Build the cutting and refining sequence
Use treated sisal for firm first-stage cutting, then move to a softer polishing wheel and finer compound for brightness. Compare metal polishing compounds and compatible wheels and kits.
