150mm Golf Club Scratch Repair & Polishing Kit
A bench-grinder-mounted preparation and polishing kit for restoring suitable metal golf-club heads. Graded abrasives help reduce scratches and marks, matched wheels and compounds rebuild brightness, and the supplied tool helps clean and redefine club grooves.

Scratch preparation
A flap wheel and three wet-and-dry grades help level marks and refine the scratch pattern before polishing.
Two-stage polishing
Sisal with Fastcut provides the cutting stage; colour stitch with SS Finish refines and brightens the metal.

Left- and right-hand 1/2-inch tapered adaptors allow compatible wheels to be mounted on a suitable bench grinder.
Groove maintenance
The included groove tool helps clean and redefine square, V and U grooves. Always observe applicable competition rules.

- Vienna Lime residue-removal powder
- 1 × 250ml Liquid Reflection metal polish

Suggested Restoration Sequence
- Confirm the club-head material and test on an inconspicuous area. Do not polish plated, coated or unsuitable finishes without specialist advice.
- Use the flap wheel only where stronger preparation is appropriate, then progress through 400, 800 and 1200-grade sheets as required.
- Use the sisal wheel with Fastcut for the cutting stage, keeping the work moving and controlling heat.
- Change to the clean colour-stitch wheel with SS Finish to refine and brighten.
- Remove residue with Vienna Lime and finish by hand with Liquid Reflection and the microfibre cloth.
- Use the groove tool carefully and check current governing-body rules before altering competition clubs.
