Compound System
Grey Fastcut
A fast and economical cutter for hard metals, designed for high metal removal with less emphasis on brightness. Best used on sisal buffs for scratches and orange peel removal.
Green Chrome
Designed for mirror finishing with minimal cut. Best used after proper cutting or pre-polishing on a soft cotton buff.
Blue Multishine
A versatile finishing compound suitable for all metals, and can also perform as a cutter when used on a hard cotton or sisal buff.
How The Wheel Set Works
- Sisal wheels: for cutting stages
- Colour stitch wheels: can be used for both cutting and polishing
- B loose flap wheels: for polishing and buffing to a high finish
- White stitch wheels: for minimal cutting and high-finish work
- 4", 6" and 8" sizes: allow you to match the wheel to the task, access area and machine setup
Cleaning & Finishing Support
Vienna Lime cleaning powder is included to remove grease and compound residues after polishing. Apply it to a clean lint-free cloth and wipe over the area you have polished.
Reflection metal polish paste is included for hand finishing and shine enhancement on stainless fittings, brass, bullbars, rims, alloy fuel tanks, cutlery and dull metal surfaces.
A polishing wheel rake is also included to freshen polishing wheels during polishing and between compound and wheel changes.
