100mm Steel & Stainless Scratch Repair Polishing Kit
A drill-mounted preparation, cutting and finishing kit for reducing scratches and restoring steel, stainless steel, golf clubs and other metalwork. Abrasive sheets and a flap wheel prepare the surface before the stitched wheels and compounds bring back brightness.
Why Choose This Kit?
Preparation included
A flap wheel and three wet-and-dry abrasive grades help level scratches before powered polishing.
Two polishing stages
The treated sisal wheel supports stronger cutting; the colour stitch wheel refines and brightens.
Drill-mounted convenience
A 6mm tapered mandrel mounts the 100mm wheels to a compatible power drill.
Final clean-up included
Vienna Lime, Liquid Reflection and a microfibre cloth complete the residue-removal and hand-finishing stage.

Applications
Suggested Repair Sequence
- Assess the scratch depth and test the process in an inconspicuous area.
- Use the flap wheel only where appropriate for stronger preparation, keeping the tool moving.
- Progress through 600, 1200 and 1500-grade wet/dry sheets as required, removing the previous scratch pattern at each step.
- Use the treated sisal wheel with Fastcut for the powered cutting stage.
- Change to the clean colour stitch wheel with SS Finish to refine and brighten.
- Remove compound residue with Vienna Lime and the microfibre cloth.
- Apply Liquid Reflection by hand for final maintenance and shine.
Note: Results depend on material thickness, coating, scratch depth and preparation. Deep dents or damage may require professional repair.
