150mm Rayon Velour Glass Polishing Kit
A broad-coverage polishing system with four 150mm rayon velour pads, a 150mm hook-and-loop backing pad, M14 thread, drill adaptor and 250g cerium oxide. Designed for careful restoration of fine scratches, haze and dullness across larger compatible glass surfaces.

Efficient coverage for larger glass surfaces
The 150mm working diameter covers more area per pass than compact spot-repair kits. Rayon velour pads combine a gripping backing face with a soft polishing surface, helping control heat and provide consistent finishing. The backing pad can connect to compatible M14 polishing machines or to a suitable drill using the supplied adaptor.

Work larger panels and windows efficiently while maintaining overlapping movement across the surface.
Four reusable pads
Bonded rayon fibres provide a consistent working surface and can be washed after use.
Two machine options
Use the M14 backing pad with a compatible polisher or the supplied 8mm adaptor with a suitable drill.
250g cerium oxide
Mix with clean water to create the thin slurry used for compatible glass polishing.
Recommended polishing method
- Clean the glass thoroughly and identify the work area.
- Mix cerium oxide with clean water to a thin, milk-like slurry.
- Apply the slurry to the pad or surface.
- Work at controlled speed using overlapping movements; the existing guidance recommends approximately 2,000 RPM.
- Keep the glass cool and wet throughout polishing.
- Stop regularly, wipe clean and inspect before continuing.
Important: This kit is intended for fine surface restoration. Deep scratches, chips, cracks or damage clearly felt with a fingernail may require professional assessment.
