Controlled cutting and a clean finish
The high-resistance rayon-fibre pads are resin impregnated on one side to support faster cutting and a refined finish. Their bonded construction helps prevent loose fibres from contaminating the work surface.
Recommended polishing method
- Clean the glass thoroughly to remove dirt, grease and residue.
- Mix cerium oxide with water into a thin, milk-like slurry.
- Apply the slurry to the pad or glass, then work the marked area with even overlapping movements.
- Keep the glass cool and wet throughout the process. Stop regularly, wipe clean and inspect progress.
- Use the supplied glass polishing compound for the final finishing stage, then wash and store the pads.
Important: Do not allow the glass to overheat or run dry. This system is intended for minor surface damage; deep scratches may require professional assessment.
