- 250g cerium oxide powder and mixing bottle
Flexible machine compatibility
Use the backing pad on an M14 polisher or fit the supplied 8mm adaptor for drill mounting. The resin-impregnated, bonded-fibre pads support controlled cutting and a refined finish without loose particles contaminating the surface.
Recommended polishing method
- Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease and residue.
- Mix cerium oxide with water into a thin, milk-like slurry.
- Apply the slurry to the pad or surface and work the marked area with even overlapping movements.
- Keep the surface cool and wet. Stop regularly, wipe away residue and inspect progress.
- Wash and store the pads after use.
Important: Do not allow glass or plastic to overheat or run dry. Test plastic surfaces in an inconspicuous area first. Deep scratches may require professional assessment.
