Machine setup and safety
Install the bench polisher on a stable, secure bench or compatible pedestal. Isolate the machine before inspecting wheels, spindle adaptors, guards and retaining components. Confirm every wheel is correctly mounted and rated for the machine speed, then run briefly without load while standing clear.
