POLISH UP • FOUR-DRUM KIT
Four grades for controlled surface conditioning
Bring 60#, 80#, 120# and 240# non-woven surface conditioning drums together in one convenient kit. Blend surface marks, remove light oxidation and refine a satin finish with a choice of grades ready for the job.
Why choose the complete kit?
- Have the next grade ready. Keep all four grades together so you can move from a coarser conditioning stage to finer surface refinement without sourcing another drum.
- Match the drum to the surface. Choose the grade that gives the finish you need. Start with the least aggressive grade that does the job, then refine as required.
- Blend and even out the appearance. Use non-woven conditioning for blending light surface marks and developing a more consistent satin or brushed appearance.
- One consistent drum size. All four drums share a 120mm diameter, 100mm working width and nominal 19mm bore for a compatible burnishing setup.
- Useful across workshop tasks. A practical grade selection for stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel surface conditioning. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
What’s in the kit?
Four non-woven surface conditioning drums — one of each grade:
1 × 60# drum
The coarsest grade in this set, for initial conditioning and blending where more cut is needed.
1 × 80# drum
A general conditioning option for blending light surface marks and preparing for finer grades.
1 × 120# drum
For intermediate refinement and evening out marks left by a coarser conditioning stage.
1 × 240# drum
The finest grade in this set, for finer surface refinement and satin finishing.
Drums only. Machine, adapter, guard and other accessories are not included.
How to get the benefit of all four grades
Choose your starting grade based on the surface condition and the finish required. Use a test area to check the result, then move to finer grades as needed. You do not need to use every grade on every job.
These are non-woven surface conditioning drums for blending and satin finishing. They are not a complete mirror-polishing system. Deeper scratches may require a separate abrasive preparation process; further polishing stages are needed if a mirror finish is your goal.

Check your machine before use
Use only with a compatible drum sander or burnisher that supports the drum’s size, bore and drive profile. A matching bore measurement alone does not confirm fitment. Check the spindle, mounting hardware, guard and machine instructions.
Never exceed the lower of the drum’s 3,000 RPM rating and the machine or mounting system’s rated limit. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use suitable eye, hearing and respiratory protection.
