Controlled cutting and a clean finish

The high-resistance rayon-fibre pads are resin impregnated on one side to support faster cutting and a refined finish. Their bonded construction helps prevent loose fibres from contaminating the work surface.

Recommended polishing method

Clean the glass thoroughly to remove dirt, grease and residue.
Mix cerium oxide with water into a thin, milk-like slurry.
Apply the slurry to the pad or glass, then work the marked area with even overlapping movements.
Keep the glass cool and wet throughout the process. Stop regularly, wipe clean and inspect progress.
Use the supplied glass polishing compound for the final finishing stage, then wash and store the pads.

Important: Do not allow the glass to overheat or run dry. This system is intended for minor surface damage; deep scratches may require professional assessment.
