Kit contents
- 1 × 150mm / 6 inch, two-section treated sisal wheel
- 1 × 250g Fastcut cutting-compound bar
- 1 × M14 threaded spindle adaptor
Suitable applications
Compatible steel and hard-metal fabrication surfaces requiring controlled cutting and pre-polishing.
Setup and use
- Confirm the M14 adaptor, wheel dimensions, speed rating and machine are compatible.
- Mount and guard the wheel securely.
- Apply compound sparingly to the rotating wheel.
- Present the work with controlled pressure and keep it moving to manage heat.
- Inspect frequently and stop once the required preparation level is reached.
This kit prioritises material removal rather than maximum brightness. Follow with a softer wheel and finer compound where a polished finish is required.
