150mm Barrel Polisher Alloy & Stainless Steel Kit

Used with this barrel polisher machine, this kits comes with stitched polishing wheels and compounds to produce a very high finish to your alloy and steel metal surfaces.

150mm Treated Sisal wheel used with the 800g Coarse Cutter compound for cutting into those hard to get to areas.

150mm Colour stitch wheel used with the 800g Coarse Cutter compound or Green Chrome for cutting and also creating a high finish. Wheel must be “freshened” with the buffing rake to avoid contamination between compounds. 

150mm White stitch wheel used with the 800g Green Chrome or Multishine finishing compound for buffing areas to a high finish. 

150mm Loose leaf calico wheel used with the Multishine finishing compound for buffing areas to a high finish and also for maintenance polishing.

We’ve also included some Vienne Lime used with a microfibre cloth to remove residue compound and metal from the surface of the metal created whilst cutting/ polishing. Simply by dipping a cloth into the powder and wiping away the residue. Used especially when changing from one wheel and compound combination to another.

Some Liquid Reflection metal polish paste to enhance your work on completion. Applied with 1 of the 3 microfibre cloths provided.

It is a good idea to regularly “freshen” your polishing wheels with a the buffing rake provided before applying more compound and continuing during the polishing process.
