Coolair Airflow Wheel Flanges & M14 Adaptor – 200mm Wheels provides the retaining hardware required for compatible 200mm metal-centre Coolair Airflow polishing wheels. Strong steel flanges support the wheel centre and help keep the wheel securely clamped during operation. The supplied adaptor provides an M14 machine-side connection for a compatible spindle.
Purpose and compatibility
Use only with compatible 200mm Airflow wheels that have metal centre plates and the matching mounting arrangement. These components are not universal: confirm the wheel centre, spindle thread, available shaft engagement, rotation, guard clearance and machine speed before ordering.

Match the wheel’s metal centre, the 16mm flange hole and the machine spindle or M14 adaptor. Similar-looking flanges and adaptors are not automatically interchangeable.
Installation
- Switch off and isolate the machine.
- Inspect the wheel centre, flanges, adaptor and spindle for damage, contamination or incompatible threads.
- Seat the wheel centrally between the flanges and engage the retaining components fully.
- Tighten according to the machine and hardware instructions without distorting the wheel centre.
- Rotate by hand to check clearance, then run briefly without load while standing clear.
Safety
Do not operate with mismatched, loose, damaged or partially engaged mounting hardware. Confirm guards and rated speed, wear suitable eye and face protection, and stop immediately if vibration or abnormal noise develops.
